Our passion for excellent wine drove us to make a wine selection for KOMATSUBAKI that includes some of the greatest domains and châteaux with which we have kept close relations for several years. 

Our "Nihonshu"...

We also appreciate the Japanese alcohol par excellence, known as "Sake", but called "Nihonshu" in Japan. It is a fermented rice-based alcohol containing between 14% and 16% of alcohol. It is enjoyed chilled like white wine in summer, and sometimes warm in winter.

Nihonshu is brewed like a beer in every region of Japan. It's quality is determined by the degree of polishing of the rice grains used in it's production.

This delicate drink combines perfectly with Japanese cuisine.
